This quaint apartment is located in town and boasts amazing views of the mountain. The unit is on the second floor and has a balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee while you take in the views. The apartment has a living room with a flat-screen smart TV, ample seating for guests, and a ceiling fan. The property is perfect for complete relaxation. The balcony is located off of the living room. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for our winters and chilly evenings in the summer. The apartment has an open floor plan style with the dining room connected to the living room. It has a dining room table that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen sits off of the dining room. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan for those who need that extra breeze, even during the winter season. Along with a sitting area on the balcony, you will also see that a propane grill is provided for your grilling needs. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. *This home is not pet-friendly and does have ample parking for trailers.

To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited for late check-in instructions.

Interaction with guests

Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheel chair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

This is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust the refrigerator temperature. Please close and secure all doors and windows before leaving the property.

Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.
