Claim Jumper #11 is a three-bedroom townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests. Upon entering the townhouse, you will find the living room with an inviting wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV. The open floor plan on the main level has a dining area that seats four and two at the bar. The first floor also has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and ½ bath for all your immediate needs. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second floor and have a full bathroom. The first and second bedrooms have queen-size beds. There is a full bath in the hall for all to use and the other full bath is an ensuite for the master bedroom. Up on the third floor, you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds. Amenities include ski-in/ski-out, high-speed wireless internet, charcoal grills in common areas, mountain views, and is in a central location in town. The town fishing ponds are located across the street from this property, and the river runs along the side of the complex. Each Claim Jumper has two dedicated parking spaces. All other vehicles must park off the property. Trailer parking is not available at this property. Please note that Claim Jumper #11 is not pet-friendly. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to your stay. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. Guest Access

To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours.

Interaction with guests

Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. Our goal is to make your stay as stress-free as possible from the moment you start planning, until long after you check out.

About The Neighborhood

Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes, to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.

Getting Around

Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.

Directions

For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.

Claim Jumper 11 is a non-smoking property Please wash or start dishwasher and take out trash before leaving property. Please don't adjust refrigerator temperature.

Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.

There are 2 parking spaces that are marked. No Trailer Parking! Has Wifi. Has Washer/Dryer
