The home has 4 bedrooms, the master has a King, bedroom #2 has a queen, and bedrooms #3 and #4 have bunk beds. You won’t have to worry about fighting for showers as you get ready to hit the slopes or trails as it has 3 beautiful bathrooms that are supported by 2 large water heaters and the master suite is like visiting the spa! There is plenty of room for the entire family* with two large family rooms, a gorgeous large kitchen with a bar and center island! Plenty of room to cook those mountain-inspired meals. This mountain rental has High Speed fiber internet, Direct Tv in all bedrooms, so if you are working remotely or taking the family on an adventure with distant learning this home is perfect for your mountain trip! The home has plenty of room for trailer parking so be sure to bring your AtVs for mountain exploring. The home has beautiful views of the mountains and you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the river from the front porch! Please note the property has an outdoor camera. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. *Up to two pets allowed (under 35 pounds each). A nonrefundable pet charge of $150 will be applicable, at the time of check in.

To pick up your keys and/or keyless entry code, check in at the Reservations Unlimited office located at 312 West Main Street Red River, NM, 87558. If you anticipate being late, you must notify Reservations Unlimited and they will provide instructions to access your reserved property after hours. *Please note that for this property, 4 Wheel Drive is often required to access the driveway during the winter months.*
Interaction with guests
Guests will receive a confirmation email containing all the information you will need for your stay. If you were to ever have any problems, please reach out to the office during normal office hours or use the emergency number that can be found on your check-in paperwork. About The Neighborhood
Red River is nestled in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, located in the southernmost part of the Rocky Mountains. The mountain town is completely surrounded by the Carson National Park. Despite being a small town, Red River has an extensive dining selection that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater. Enjoy everything from bistros and cafes to Italian, Mexican, and even the finest steakhouses while maintaining relaxed mountain vibes. Hiking is a fun and easy way to explore the natural beauty that Red River has to offer. There are several leisurely trails around town for those looking to have a relaxing stroll through the Carson National Park, as well as the more challenging terrains for those adventure seekers.
Getting Around
Red River is an ideal town for walkers. At a little over one mile long, visitors can easily stroll along the sidewalks and take in all the town has to offer. After shopping, skiing or just enjoying all this mountain offers, visitors have the option to not walk at all. The Red River Miner's Transit provides free year-round, seven-days-a-week, wheelchair-accessible service anywhere in town. Skiers especially love the hotel to slope-side service.
Directions
For guests flying into New Mexico, we recommend flying into Albuquerque International Sunport, Santa Fe Municipal Airport or Taos Airport. Once you’ve landed, it’s time to make the short drive to Red River. Rental cars are available at all airport locations.
Rules
This is a non-smoking property. Please wash or start the dishwasher and take the trash to any brown dumpster located in town before leaving the property. Please close and secure all doors and windows before leaving the property. Please don't adjust the refrigerator temperature.
Please check in at the Reservations Unlimited office, located at 312 W Main Red River, NM 87558. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily but is not guaranteed during peak periods. If you arrive after hours, you will find an envelope taped to the front door that contains your check-in instructions and other information relevant to your stay. If our office is closed when you arrive, please sign the first sheet in the packet and leave it in the drop box.
